Request missing LifeMiles for an avianca flight once more than 4 days have passed, up to 12 months after the trip, through the retroactive accrual tool on lifemiles.com or the help centre accrual form.

For partner airlines, wait until more than 14 days have passed. Star Alliance flights can be claimed within 12 months through the online tool; Iberia and GOL flights within 6 months through the accrual form.

You must have been a LifeMiles member before the flight, and miles from shopping and other commercial partners cannot be added later if you did not give your number at purchase.
