Each answer names the airline page it was read from: the program terms, help centre, earning and award pages, partner lists and press releases. Where only a reputable secondary site could be read, the answer says so. Nothing is written from memory.

Why are some questions missing for a program?

A question is left out when the airline does not publish an answer or its page could not be read. We would rather publish fewer answers than guess.

How often are the answers checked?

Each program page shows the date its answers were last reviewed. Fees, thresholds and partners change, so treat the review date as part of the answer.
