Flights taken before you joined

You cannot claim mileage for flights you boarded 30 days before signing up for SKYPASS.
For SkyTeam partner flights, Korean Air allows a claim within 365 days of boarding if you were not a SKYPASS member at the time but signed up within 30 days of the boarding date.

Rules that decide a claim

The booking class of the ticket must be eligible for mileage accrual.
Mileage is not accrued on award tickets or on tickets purchased under non-accrual conditions.
If you belong to both SKYPASS and a partner airline's program, mileage for a flight can go to only one airline of your choice.
When you use elite benefits from a specific SkyTeam airline program, mileage is not accrued to other programs.
A retro claim covers cases where you could not give your SKYPASS number at booking, ticketing or check-in, or where miles were not credited automatically.
