How to claim missing Qatar Airways Privilege Club Avios
For Qatar Airways flights, log in and use the claim tool on your Privilege Club dashboard, which lists your past flights; for partner airline flights, contact Privilege Club with a copy of your ticket and boarding pass. The terms give six months from the date of travel, and the claim page says 180 days.
Your first name, last name and date of birth in Privilege Club must match the booking exactly; a date of birth that does not match means no Avios for the flight. New members can claim flights up to 90 days before they joined.

- For hotels, car rentals, retailers and other partners, find the brand's contact details on the Privilege Club partners page and send them a copy of your receipt.
- Qatar Airways is not responsible if a partner fails to process your claim (terms clause 11.4).
What to have ready
- For partner airline flights, a copy of your ticket and boarding pass.
- For card, hotel, car rental and retail claims, a copy of your receipt.
- A Privilege Club profile whose first name, last name and date of birth match the booking exactly.
- Your membership number, full name and date of birth given correctly when booking (terms clause 8.2).
Flights taken before you joined
- Terms clause 11.5: "If you are a new Member, you may submit claims for travel on flights up to ninety (90) days prior the start of your Membership."
- The claim page puts it differently: "If you've joined Privilege Club after your trip, make sure to submit your claim request within 90 days of your trip." Claiming within 90 days of the flight meets both wordings.
Rules that decide a claim
- You are responsible for making sure Avios and Qpoints have been properly credited to your account (terms clause 11.1).
- Give your correct full name, date of birth and membership number when booking (terms clause 8.2).
- No Avios are earned on a flight if the date of birth on the booking or ticket does not match the one on your account (terms clause 8.4(f)).
- You cannot earn Avios for a flight or transaction already credited in another loyalty programme, and Qatar Airways can deduct Avios without notice if the same flight is credited elsewhere (terms clause 8.6).
- Award, refunded and forfeited tickets, free, complimentary and charter tickets, agent and travel industry discount tickets, airline staff and rebate tickets, and infant tickets earn no Avios (terms clause 8.4).
Fees
- Privilege Club lists no fee for a missing Avios claim.
If Qatar Airways Privilege Club refuses a claim
- Fix a name or date of birth mismatch first: the claim page invites you to submit a request to add or update your date of birth, or to update your profile name to match your passport.
- A flight already credited to another loyalty programme cannot also earn Avios (terms clause 8.6); the pages read describe no way to move it into Privilege Club.
- For anything else, use the Privilege Club contact centre or the Qatar Airways help FAQs.
Missing Qatar Airways Privilege Club Avios: FAQ
