Avianca LifeMiles miles are valued at 1.3 to 1.55 cents each by The Points Guy, Upgraded Points, One Mile at a Time and Frequent Miler in September 2026, a typical 1.39 cents. AwardWallet members, whose bookings lean toward premium cabins, averaged 2.80 cents a mile: 3.81 cents on long-haul business and first class and 1.80 cents in long-haul economy.
LifeMiles also sells miles directly, and Biirdee reported in May 2026 that bonus sales regularly bring the price to roughly 1.3 cents a mile. That works as a practical ceiling for anyone who can buy more when an award appears, and a floor for any redemption worth making with purchased miles.
